Another Child Soldier Recruiter

In the Democratic Republic of Congo, there is a man named Bosco Ntaganda. He was the chief of military operations for the Union of Congolese Patriots (UPC), a Congolese militia group in 2006 and before. He is, since 2006, wanted by the International Criminal Court for war crimes in the past. One of his crimes is the use of child soldiers in war during 2000 up to 2003. He was one of the many child recruiters that aren't really spoken of like Joseph Kony was a few  months ago. Thankfully recently the Democratic Republic of Congo has made it a part of their agenda for this year to go after Ntaganda. Will this choice make a difference? Does this open the door for better things to come?
