Horrible Event in Colorado

Shooting at Colorado Theater

In Aurora, Colorado, it was July 19th just past midnight. Many waiting for the much anticipated first showing of the brand new movie in the Batman trilogy. Then terror struck a multiplex near Denver right at the time of the first showing of the new Batman movie. A man at the front of the theater opened fire on the many people in the crowd. He used three guns including the AR-15 assault rifle, a Remington 12-gauge shotgun, and a .40 caliber Glock handgun to end the lives of 12 people and injure 58 others. Three of the victims who died were children and there were many more children in the theater who luckily made it out alive though some with wounds. The man who was the shooter in this event is now in custody of the Colorado Police Department. How could someone like this be allowed to have their hands on a deadly weapon? What could be done to take guns out of the hands of people of the likes of him?
