Forced Begging, The twisted act

In Senegal, most of the people in the area are of Muslim belief. This means the children of these communities go to Quranic schools that focus on teaching the Quran and its practices. Some of these schools are great but then as Human Rights Watch points out in this article, there are those who are not at all. These who are at the bottom of the pile do not teach the children traditionally but use a cruel form of economic exploitation. The way they do this is by forcing the children enrolled in these schools to go out to the streets and beg for money. Human Rights Reporters say “Forced child begging is one of the worst forms of child labor and despite being clearly visible, tens of thousands of talibés are still suffering in Senegal." Do you agree with one point this quote makes, that forced child begging is one of the worst forms of child labor? What could be done to help these children?
